I recently visited Dragon Emperor Dim Sum for brunch and was quite pleased with the experience. The long john rolls were crispy and flavorful, while the shrimp spring rolls had just the right kick. The ambiance struck a nice balance between casual and chic, making it great for both groups and intimate gatherings.
