Doug's Diner in Thornton is a cozy spot that's perfect for brunch with friends or family. I tried their enormous breakfast burrito - a mouthwatering combo of eggs, sausage, and cheese wrapped in a housemade tortilla, which was absolutely delightful.

The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff was attentive, even on a busy morning. The highlight for me was the cappuccino paired with a heavenly cinnamon roll for dessert. Honestly, you can't beat the value here. A great place to kickstart your day... ☕️
