Keeping a dirty garbage bin in the entrance is disgusting .
The price for drinks is $3.95, which thermal cups for serving.
Serving food on thermal plates can be unhealthy and unpleasant.
The chicken was overcooked with a dark exterior and dried out, while the thigh was undercooked.
Please ensure that the chicken is cooked thoroughly before serving.
Sausage sandwich , was dry sausage and do not know how long it was sitting on the Bain Marie.

Great visit, friendly staff and tasty brisket.
Healthy portions and very flavorful sauce.
Not much to look at, but many of the best spots are unassuming.
A definite must stop on the BBQ trail.

Goodish food.
I saw the reviews online and a couple friends said that Donn’s is good.
And it is good, but not great. The meat is a little dry, and the smoke ring is missing.
Half of the brisket was way over cooked.
I’d expect that in other states, not Texas.
In Texas bbq needs to be cooked perfect.
Something interesting is the sauce, it has vinegar like North Carolina vs a traditional tx bbq.
Why four stars instead of three? The potato salad is creamy, smooth, silky, and amazing.
I have never had this texture before.
It literally melts in your mouth.
If I was thinking summer picnic, six out of five stars.
But I wanted to bbq, and this fell short.
But that potato salad, wow. The lemon meringue pie is good too.
Cooked to perfection.
