Don Pablo's Restaurant is a cozy gem in Laredo! 🌮 We visited for breakfast and were genuinely impressed with the attentive service and large portions. The barbacoa was delicious, and my wife's pastor tacos were bursting with flavor. I'm still dreaming about the creamy avocado sauce - so good, but be warned, it packs some heat!
