Comida Caribeña is a hidden gem in Laredo that offers a taste of authentic Cuban comfort food! 🌴 The husband-and-wife team behind this cozy spot serve up a rotating menu that means you’re always in for a delightful surprise.

I indulged in the Ropa Vieja plate and was blown away by the flavors! The tostones were perfectly crispy, and I can't recommend the cafecito enough - it’s the perfect finish to your meal. Don't forget to bring cash because they don’t accept cards.

For just under $20, you’ll leave satisfied and happy. Definitely worth a visit! 😊
