The cashier was excellent and pleasant.The cook didn’t understand what I was saying.This probably could have been prevented if he did.And I’m not knocking on someone that doesn’t understand English, but at the same time? If he did, he probably would’ve gotten my order correct.I wouldn’t be going to bed hungry.All of this because I went to Walmart at the last minute to do some grocery shopping and as I was on my way up to the cash register, they decide to close and not cash me out!
My food from this store has been underwhelming lately.The last two times I’ve ordered, the garlic sauce has not been added to the crust of my pizza.It’s a huge bummer because THAT’S THE BEST PART.That’s what makes Dominos superior to any of other pizza spot in my mind.Hope the situation can be rectified soon🤞🏽 UPDATE 1/16/23 with pics: Just got my order and again NO GARLIC ON THE CRUST.DISAPPOINTED!!!

Today at school in class a girl passed out over 20 gift cards & flyers to the kids in school, my son got one.he was so excited he circled the things he wanted to order before I even picked him out, he came running outside so excited .I asked the teacher is this real I have the messages she stated yes the girl handed them out.the girl had said her father manages/works at the dominoes here & decided to give the kids all gift cards on him.my son was so excited when I picked him up instantly I went to order the food for him with it it declined, I called to see the balance it has a zero balance.I called corporate who said they’d let the store know to rectify this situation.I called the store the manager was rude , told me it’s not their fault & their not just going to hand out free food due to a girl passing out their cards she must have taken them all from the front of the store.it’s a little 6 year old girl how would she steal of 20 plus cards & flyers? & if that’s the case it is on the store for not being more aware! I don’t think it’s fair my 7 year old got a dominoes gift card with the card wrapped inside a little card paper envelope that reads “ congrats on being the recipient of this dominoes gift card” the lady was rude & not even a little bit understanding kept saying it’s not their fault & they will not give out free food to my son due to this situation.I’m upset that a store would really handle a situation like this when I told her I don’t mind driving to the store to show her all of this to show I’m not lying .I will never order from here again, the customer service is not okay, my son has communication problems & literally just got out the hospital, this has caused him to have a whole episode & not understand or know how to process this , I will never order from here again.
