I travel for work and have probably been to multiple Domino's locations in 25 different states.I have left reviews at many of them raving about how polite, consistent, and just awesome they are.This location went past disappointing and straight to angering.After a 8 minute hold they answered and I asked a 10 second question and then they hung up.Thinking maybe they could not hear me I called back and put my life on hold for an additional10 minutes.When she finally answered she sounded upset and as I began talking she hung up mid sentence.The 3rd time was the same thing except she didn't give me even a full second before she hung up! The next location the lady apologized for the hold, explained she was all alone and that she would appreciate if I could order online.Absolutely no problem with that I completely understood.The 3rd location politely took my order in 2 minutes.This one location is just a bad apple and I hope someone reads this and realizes that this location is working hard to ruin the good name of Domino's with customers who have purchased from them for almost 30 years.

What's not to understand about extra mushrooms? After I stated three toppings mushrooms, mushrooms and more mushrooms and was told they can't do that.I'd only imagine maybe 6 pieces of pepperoni on a single topping pie.What happened to the customer is always right? And...Almost $20 for a disappointing medium pizza.Outraged at myself for leaving a tip !!!

Buyer beware!! Terrible customer service, unprofessional team that lies.Food delivery was over an hour late and when I checked on the order status, the store lied multiple times and said the food was about to be delivered. When I cancelled the order, the manager promised a complete refund, but I submitted a negative comment through the Dominoes website.The manager called me, laughed and said I wasn’t going to get a refund.Even if the team was undermanned, there’s no excuse to lie and be unprofessional.Over 2 hours without food and no refund.I spent $100 (including tip) for bad service and no food.I Highly recommend you do not order from this store.I would give them zero stars if that was an option.(Update - I sent the owner an email with details & she didn’t respond.Now working to dispute charges with my bank.AVOID giving this place your business.)
