**Unacceptable Service and Disrespectful Staff** Rating: 0 stars My family and I had an utterly disappointing encounter with Domino's Pizza Store located at 2534 Wynnton Rd, Columbus, GA.Not only did they fail to deliver our food, but the treatment we received was downright disrespectful. Despite placing our order well in advance, we were left waiting for an unreasonably long time.Upon contacting the store to inquire about the delay, the staff's attitude was shockingly dismissive and unapologetic.Instead of offering assistance or explanations, they rudely brushed off our concerns, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. To make matters worse, after enduring the prolonged wait, they outright refused to deliver our order without providing any valid reason or offering a solution.It's unacceptable to treat paying customers in such a callous manner. As someone who values good customer service, I am deeply disappointed by the experience at Domino's Pizza.It's evident that the staff's behavior reflects poorly on the store's management and overall culture.I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment until they prioritize customer satisfaction and basic courtesy. It's disheartening to see a brand like Domino's Pizza associated with such incompetence and disrespect.Hopefully, this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these issues and improve their service standards.
Yeah that’s a hair on my wings, it’s easy to see since there no sauce really to cover it.It stated 39-49 minutes for delivery.An hour and 40 minutes later it showed up cold.I called the store because this is kinda ridiculous after spending $40.Whoever answered was rude out the gate, told me they only have two drivers, okay well accurately notate that on the app so we know our food will take almost two hours.I wouldn’t have even ordered if I had known ahead of time.Then said “you got the wings?” All aggressive like I’m trying to swindle them out of more wings.His resolution was he would remake the wings if I brought back the ones from my order and picked up the new ones myself and I quote “we ain’t refunding the whole order so do what you gotta do” after I said I’m not driving to the store.The lack of drivers isn’t the problem entirely, I ordered at 7pm, my order was prepared at 7:09 and wasn’t even put in the oven to bake until nearly 8pm.And then I don’t get it until 8:40.Poor customer service and poor quality, don’t waste your time or money.It’s not worth it from this location.
Terrible customer service from management.Placed an order online for 2 pizzas while at work so we could have something to eat when we got off, we were closing our restaurant later so I called to confirm with an associate that picking up after 10pm would be okay and he confirmed that it would be fine and told us to take our time on picking it up and to drive safe getting to them.He explained that picking up late is okay but they just stopped taking orders after 10:00 p.m.for pickup orders but we can still pick up at any time since ours was ready.We get there to pick up the order and was told by the manager that our order could not be fulfilled because they throw away carry out orders after 10:30 p.m.and said that the associate did not know.I asked if our food could still be made and she said no but offered a credit, what about our dinner after a long shift? They don't close until 12am and we were there close to 10:50pm..I believe she said her name was Makiya if that's even her real name, regardless terrible customer service.I see why Domino's is always hiring.
