4/5 times I’m charged extra for sauces I never get.
Not trying to hold up the line to look through the bag because it takes long enough.
Fries rarely seasoned enough like other locations.
Food is still pretty great anyways and love the drink selections.
Not the worst but kind of fed up with attitude from staff and wrong/ forgotten orders

Food and atmosphere is consistent.
Staff is friendly.
Bathrooms clean.
The only problem that I have with this location is the current staff is consistently slow.
Drive thru is definitely faster.
Lobby time is ridiculously slow.
I don't say anything because the staff appears to be doing their best and are polite.
So, do choose to order via drive through if you are crunched for time during your lunch break.
So far, I been waiting 19 minutes for a Cobb salad that should have been premade.
I won't come through the lobby EVER again. When I finally got the salad (22 minutes total), the content was considerably less than what I get at other Zaxby' locations. Order was salad, fries, water, and an extra slice of bread.
I should have gone to Olive Garden for the soup and salad since this location is skimming customers on the content. Better yet...
I am done coming to this location and changing ratings to 1 star ⭐ because I shouldn't had to wait 22 minutes to be cheated on the content.

I got the Zaxby's snack meal.
Food was hot, fresh and very tasty.
The atmosphere is that of a fast food restaurant, but the food more than makes up for it.
I was there between 6:30 and 7.
