Dillas Quesadillas offers a colorful and relaxed atmosphere perfect for a casual bite. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla, and it was impressively large with fantastic flavors. The dipping sauce complemented it beautifully. I couldn’t resist adding a side of tortilla chips with their homemade salsa, which struck the right balance of seasoning and mild heat.
