I enjoyed my first time at this restaurant.
I had the Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas; quite large and good flavor.
The dipping sauce was great! I also had a side order of tortilla chips and homemade salsa—well-seasoned and not too spicy.
I asked about their Limeade: made fresh every day.
Good lime flavor and not too sweet.
Overall, good food and excellent service.
The restaurant has a casual and colorful vibe; comfortable to eat-in. This is a new place on E.
Bert Kouns, south of Shreveport.
The name in Google Maps is a little confusing; I almost drove past it because I could only see the part of their building which had the words, “Primo Quesadillas.” The word “Dillas” is around the corner of the building (see photo).

I have always had a great respect for Dillas Corp.
And their food and services.
They go above and beyond with their customer service and be sure that the food is prepared fresh for each customer.
