I have to say, never again.
The bad:Price increase.
$14 for sandwich or $21 to add 1 side and drink.
Baked potato, weird brown color and didn't taste like potato. No more original lemonade.
The good: staff was friendly.

Don’t ever go to this location.
I don’t know if the other locations are the same, but it looks like they had ownership change.
I’ve been going to this one in Canyon Country.
CA for years and the last few times I went there, it’s been really bad and my husband and I are NEVER going back! Their service is bad, food (beef brisket) is half as much for the same charge, they don’t put anything on the sandwiches (like pickles and onions on my pork sandwich) unless you ask; and if you ask for extra bbq sauce, they give you a dirty look and will try to give you half as much.
I have to check if they put any bbq sauce in my bag because they tried to give me 3 when I asked for 6 - and I just spent $50 in beef brisket and a pork sandwich meal! I don’t want to write my long stories, but these are the short versions.
If I could put “0” stars, I would put 0 stars.

The sandwich was hot and delicious.
The sides were quite opposite.
The beans were old and had the consistency of refried beans.
The fries felt like they cane from the bottom of the fryer.
What happened to the waffle fries?? The 2 guys working behind the counter were not friendly and NEVER made eye contact.
This is one of my favorite restaurant chains, please fix it
