I’ve eaten here a year ago.
I’ve found out about this place when I was watching Mr.
Orchard Beach’s Channel on YouTube, wanted to try it out, & I’m glad that I’ve visited this place.
The Customer Service & Food is great! The Owners are the most hospitable people ever & will treat you like Family.
Their Homemade Sorrel Drink is very good.
I’d recommend calling ahead of time to confirm their hours & food availability.
The Curry Goat is good, & the portions are very large.
Also, this place serves great Trini Doubles, which is rare to find here in NC.
It reminds me of being down in South FL! There isn’t any great Caribbean Restaurants here in NC, but this is the best Caribbean that I’ve ever eaten here in NC.
Best Trini Food! I’ll come back soon!

I'm ELATED that Miss Dhan and her lovely family are still making delicious authentic Trinidadian cuisine.
The location may have changed, but the warmth and friendliness is always top tier ever since the first day we met some 10 years ago.
I'm happy to know I can get my favorite snacks, ah love some Pholourie (available weekends only) and my absolute favorite to slap way is the Doubles and a bottle of cold Sorrel🤤 pictured here with some Shrimp Wontons to go.
Nothing but pure delight in every bite.

We walked into Dhan’s (take out only) Kitchen and were greeted immediately with warm smiles by the family that owns it.
We ordered the curry chicken with roti, curry channa, and cabbage and the jerk chicken with roti, curry potatoes and sweet plantains.
We were also treated to a taste of phulourie with tamarind sauce and trinadad hotsauce… yum!! Everything was flavorful and served hot.
All food is made from scratch and served fresh daily including the roti… homemade in house and the size of a pizza, maybe 18 inches! I had enough food for two meals.
We will be back… frequently! **please note that I read reviews… all reviews… and those people who left one-star reviews on this page have only given a few reviews in their entire life and each one is an obviously outrageous story with one-star only.
Google should have a way to block these people who think it is fun to ruin businesses’ ratings with untrue and low reviews.
