I arrived to this Del taco for a late night snack , the best part about this experience was the customer service we received from Gabby.
She was extremely polite, and patient.
She answered all of the questions we had thoroughly, and even helped us compare prices when we mentioned more food items.
This was all done through the drive thru and we felt as if we were taken care of like in a restaurant.

I. Ordered 4 items and asked for 12 sauces. They said.
Sorry, sir, I can't give you that much.
I said well, how much sauce can you give me? They said only one sauce per item.
I said I'm willing to pay extra for extra sauce.
They said no, sir.
I can only give you one sauce per item.
I said well, you just lost a customer because of the little packets of sauce, they said that's fine.
I guess they're willing to lose business over the little packets of sauce makes no sense to me but I'll never eat there again.

I love del taco.
But this location and the one on bouquet and Soledad 80% of the time are very slow or even worse get the order wrong....and there are usually no other people in the drive thru.
Who's order are you giving me if there is no other orders. But they always deliver the same good quality food even if it's not what I ordered. #tonicetotellyou
