2 - issues different orders at drive thru First issue - I tried to let it go of her bad treatment towards me Second issue - when I came back and picked up another order - she gave the order without drink and said that cancel the shakes - and immediately closed the window and walked away.To my surprised, sprite is the drink not shake why would I cancel.So, I keep knocking at drive thru window because she left and shouting to get attention- then she came back she said again no shake and grab the order to me and tried to show me and read the receipt no shake - and I said sprite - she looked at the receipt again and realized it was sprite- to her defense wanting to blame me - she said don’t shout - I keep telling sprite she keeps saying shakes not available- she even threatened me to remove and report…

The food taste like their oven or the oil or something is burnt.Definitely not one of the better tasting DEL tacos.I ordered a large shake and they wanted to shut the machine down early.So I got charged $5 for a shake and I didn't get a shake.And then the woman said that I had to call it in and she didn't know the number. Then she changed the story and said that I had to do it on the app.Very unprofessional

I placed an order for delivery and I was missing 3 items.I left my home and family to go get my items that I was owed and the guy behind the counter and the cook both looked annoyed that I came back for my item.They weren’t understanding or cool about it and they offered no apology nor a drink or something for the inconvenience.I will not be going back.
