Dashi offers a casual vibe that makes it a pleasant choice for sushi cravings in Bath. I tried the salmon nigiri, which was both fresh and flavorful. The rice had the perfect texture, and the presentation was spot on. I also enjoyed a delicious miso soup as a warm starter.

However, the coffee didn’t hit the mark for me - a bit burnt and lacking depth. Still, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made my visit worthwhile. Perfect for a laid-back dining experience! 🍣
