December 08, 2024Pintxo de Bath is a delightful tapas bar that really captures the essence of Spain. The Gambas Al Ajillo was a standout, cooked to perfection in rich olive oil and fragrant garlic. I also enjoyed the slow-cooked pork belly, which was crispy on the outside yet tender inside, complemented beautifully by the sweet pickled apple slaw.
The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a romantic dinner, although it can get a bit crowded. Service was warm, but a tad slow during peak hours. Overall, a lovely dining experience! 🍤
