This is the second time I visit this location and the ice cream I like is the new one named “Hot Chocolate Coco” .It was totally different from my first experience.This time, I could not see the chocolate colors or taste the flavor of chocolate.It was all about vanilla and cookies.I shared some pictures for you to judge.Definitely not going to this location ever again.It seems like this location is not doing well enough to actually serve the chocolate.It might be too expensive for them to afford it… whatever it is going on, it happened to my husband more than 3 times already.

Ordered online so my food would already be ready since every time I come and get hot food it takes forever.Tried to pickup through drive thru and was told it’s policy it can’t be picked up you have to come in, that’s pretty inconvenient for those with small kids in the car or those that are disabled.Had to get the baby out and go in, juggle him and the food getting to the car only to get home and see my drink cup was an empty cup with the shakes.Would have been nice to be informed I needed to fill it up myself too.Definitely the last time coming to this location.

Great place to have lunch.Customer service was a stellar 10/10.We were asked if we would like to have our dessert made after we finished eating our entrees so the ice cream wouldn't be melted.Extremely thoughtful.The burger, chicken tenders and fries were all HOT.Definitely made to order.The HEATH® Caramel Brownie Cupfection is divine.The Cinnamon Roll Centers Blizzard is very good as well (not as good as the Heath dessert). The only reason I took a star off was due to the bathroom (women's) .There was no tissue paper.Other than this caveat, the restaurant was extremely clean and well-kept and I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of us.
