Our chocolate milk shakes had dirty strawberry or cherry (red) gunk on the lid.
The girl at the drive-thru window wasn’t friendly in explaining why she was not able to scan our reward points in mobile orders.
Instead of finding out, we chose not to engage again.
We’ll be visiting other locations from now on.

Chicken strips cooked in old grease.
The cheese curds were over done with cheese coming out.
I paid 16$ for nasty food I had to throw out

The food is your typical fast food, their blizzards are amazing and the prices are reasonable.
This particular location has always been amazing on customer service.
I have gone thru the drive thru multiple times and they have always been friendly (even when they were extremely busy).
As a customer it is nice to get good, friendly, customer service and that has kept me coming back. Well that and the blizzards.
