Culver’s

I got the cod filet meal and a scoop of the day ice cream.
The cod was very bland with no taste, no seasonings on it.
The fries were fine and the ice cream tasted good.
I had to wait 10 to 15 mins for my food.
By the time I got my food my ice cream was mostly melted.
The sprite I got tasted so carbonated that I couldn't drink it.
I usually have no problem with the food there, but I usually get a burger.
This time I wanted to try something different, but i shouldn't have.
The good thing was the lady who brought my food was very nice and gave me a scoop of the day coupon for next time.
Just not happy with everything else, but they have good customer service there

The food was alright, not bad but not good.
The burger I ordered wasn't warm but everything else was hot. My biggest complaint was the CUSTOMER SERVICE while ordering food.
Spending my entire life in customer service, I strive to provide excellent customer service.
But Richard didn't even hit the mark for having the skills to run a register.
He talks to the other employees GREAT and I could tell he had good energy....
until he took our order.... Zero eye contact, the only words he said were "What else"..
"What else", he wasn't listening and forgot a drink cup, I had to tell him 3 TIMES that there was an allergy in which after that third time he added it.
After that he said I needed to select a button.
After indicating PEANUTS and Tree Nuts he said "well there's a NUT button, I'll click that. As a previous Culvers employee and member of management for an Iowa store, this was a poor representation of the company and it infuriated me as a customer.

Slow drive through then gave me tomato so unripe I thought maybe they had substituted cardboard but turns out it was a white tomato possibly grown in a secret underground lair by evil scientists trying to find new ways to grow produce without sunlight.
May never know.
One bite and my chicken sandwich no longer had white tomato, but the trash can did.
Otherwise ok and normally culvers is better although this was my first time trying this location.
Maybe it's a test lab.
I need to google that.
