Easily one of the worst Culver's experiences I've had.
Usually you can count on the quality there but I guess that's why they started not giving out receipts.
Burger was flat as a pancake and had obviously been sitting there for a while judging by how cold it was and how the grease had seeped into the bun so much. Edit: How fitting.
They give a false email address for complaints along with not giving receipts for customers to take back products.

Culver’s has great tasting food every time.
The burgers are seared perfectly.
The cheese curds are unique and taste amazing.
Their custard is literally my favorite fast food ice cream.
Even their in-house Culver’s brand root beer is fantastic.
It’s clean, well maintained, and overall a great restaurant worth visiting many times over.

We tried the veggie burger and fries at Burger, and unfortunately, the burger taste fell below average, and the fries were not hot.
On a positive note, the customer service was excellent, accompanied by friendly smiles.
Considering the service, we might give it another shot to explore their chicken burgers next time.
