Very disappointed with this Culver's.
I come here about twice a week and lately the service and food has been poor.
I ordered online last week and arrived and texted as instructed to do.
15 minutes later I had to go inside and pick up my order.
No apologies just nasty faces like I did something wrong asking for my order that was supposed to be.brought out to me 15 minutes prior.
They also forgot my drinks so I had to go back in a second time.
Then when I get home there was no cheese on my chicken sandwich even though I paid extra for it.
Plus my entire $32 order was cold.
Then today I dine in and get the Pot Roast sandwiche.
I mean seriously about 1-2 ounces of meat on this sandwich.
I basically ate a bread sandwich.
7.99 for this??? Funny that all the pictures show meat.
All around and this had no meat!! Extremely upset with this location.

Our go to for burgers and fries and end with yummy frozen custard.
Never disappointed!

I asked the young man who took my order what was in a turtle sundae.
He did not know and chose not to ask his teammates for help.
He said I could add anything I wanted to it.
I just told him that I wanted to know what was already in the turtle but he never tried to get me the answer.
I took a chance and ordered it anyway.
The young lady that made it was fast.
Delivering it to me before I finished paying.
Fast service there.
