Visited Cuca’s Tacos, now known as Taqueria Rodriguez, and I must say, the food is still exceptional! 🌮 I had the chilaquiles and they were bursting with flavor, while the chicken quesadillas were perfectly cheesy. The staff is friendly and make you feel right at home.

However, I did notice that prices have increased quite a bit recently, which is a bummer since I was hoping for a regular taco run spot. Not to mention, the tortillas could be a bit thinner for my taste.

Unfortunately, they are temporarily closed now, but I’ll be eager to return once they reopen! 🌟
