El Gavilan Pollero is a hidden gem in Corpus Christi! 🌟 I squeezed in a visit recently, and the grilled chicken did not disappoint - juicy, flavorful, and char-grilled to perfection.

The portions were huge! For just $30, we enjoyed two whole chickens with plenty of beans, rice, tortillas, and grilled onions. The bar-style seating was cozy but definitely suited for takeout, especially with the warm atmosphere. The only downside? The rice was a bit mushy.

Still, with friendly service and unbeatable prices, I can’t wait to go back for more! 👏
