Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

If I could rate this restaurant a -0 I would! I arrived with at party of 10 at 12:00.
We were told the wait was 45min- 1hr.
After that time three different people from my party checked with the host about the wait time, each time it changed from 30min - to 5 minutes to “we’re about to seat you” Finally we got to the manager who got us seated at about 1:30.
We didn’t receive our food until 3:00 pm ! Multiple customers came after us, ate and left.
This is ridiculous , it’s like they didn’t want to serve us.
The server; Carlissa, came to us and told us she was leaving for the day but she didn’t leave, she actually swapped sections with Alisha’s.
The food finally came, and multiple things were wrong: Cold, Burnt Bacon/pancakes or raw bacon.
Jameson, the manager was very helpful however, the kitchen staff and servers need MAJOR HELP AND BETTER TRAINING!!! Also staff waiting in the kitchen area kept staring and pointing at our table.
One even made the comment about our table being too big.
This is experience was -0/10 and I won’t be back again!

The first time we ordered from this place and picked up to go, the pancakes were raw inside around the blueberries and the scrambled eggs were still raw and wet and the bacon was burnt.
The hash browns were drenched in oil and burnt.
The 2nd meal was just as bad and was not cooked all the way or burnt.
I called and complained and talked to Lisa the manager and she told me I could come pickup 2 replacement meals next time.
So, I called and ordered the replacement meals later...
when I showed up the person there which was a black lady probably in her 30s or 40s, don't know her name though, she made me pay for the 2nd meal after I was told it would be a free replacement for both meals.
She had an attitude and said sorry for the miscommunication like she was annoyed, she argued about it and said that's not what the note said with my name on it that the manager left. When we got home, the food was just as bad as the first time and I had to finish cooking it on my kitchen stove.
The bacon was partially raw with the eggs and pancakes, hash browns were drenched in oil and under cooked. I will never go back here and this is the worst Cracker Barrel I have ever been to.
I have been to 6 different states and tried different Cracker Barrels and never had one this bad. And yes, that's raw pancake batter on the right corner of the pancake in the first picture.

Best sweet tea I've had in many years.
Yes there was a wait, but it was worth it.
The food, drinks and service was above par
