Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

If you have been to Cracker Barrel, no need to read this review.
If not: a terrific chain of restaurants with gift shop before entering the restaurant.
Exemplary service, plenty of parking, beautiful store, clean bathrooms, delicious, very reasonably priced, voluminous plates of food.
And they are all the same.

I love Cracker Barrel.
They have one of the best vibes of any chain restaurant I've ever been in.
The servers are nice, the music fits the scene, and the decorations are on point. There's so many sides to choose from and so many meats to enjoy.
Also, their pricing is quite reasonable.

If management sees this, Elaine was my server, 1st customer of the day. Let me start off by saying I am an over the road truck driver.
I usually start my day at 0300 (3am for you that do not know) which means my breakfast is either cereal or a microwave snack in the truck or nothing.
Truck stops usually do not have breakfast available at least until after 0500. Today I will be sitting all day at the truck stop so I was able to come to your restaurant for breakfast.
It was a cold walk from the truck stop so I asked to be sat by the fire place.
I was so surprised I was the only person there when I arrived.
I wasn't alone long though. I ordered the Grandmas French Toast Sampler with soft scrambled eggs, soft bacon and soft hash browns.
I have TMJ so chewing can be painful. Elaine took the order and correctly sent it to the kitchen staff which prepared it quickly and exactly as ordered! She was also always around for a coffee refill and even gave me a to go coffee cup.
You have no idea how much that means to a truck driver! Just wanted to say thank you for the great service and attention to detail! Nothing can go wrong today to spoil my mood now.
It is nice to step out of the truck evrry so often and sit down somewhere and eat and be treated like a normal person. Hopefully you do see this and tell your staff great job! I told the cashier in person and hopefully she let you know as well.
