Finally tried Birdie's by Chef Kevin Lee, and it was delightful! The laid-back yet trendy vibe sets the stage for an enjoyable evening. We sampled the kimchi pancake and spicy sticky ribs, both bursting with flavor. The small plates concept makes sharing easy and fun! The cocktails were equally impressive - I adored the one with pear and turmeric. Quick service made it perfect for an after-work dinner. 🌟 Can't wait to return and explore more of the menu!
