Covacha is a cozy gem tucked away in New York that captures the essence of authentic Mexican cuisine! 🌮 The birria is hands down a must-try; it’s tender and bursting with flavor. I started with the stunning ash guacamole - fresh and beautifully presented, though I hoped for a tad more zing.
For my main, the chipotle shrimp tacos were outstanding - so fresh! The tres leches cake was the perfect sweet finish. The atmosphere is vibey and welcoming, making it great for families or solo diners. A bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth every penny! I can’t wait to return! 🌟
