Cotija's Taco Shop is a gem for taco lovers in San Diego! 🌮 I recently tried the cabeza tacos, and wow - super soft and packed with flavor! The birria was tasty, though a tad dry for my liking.

The portions are generous, and the prices are unbeatable! I even loved the spicy salsa from their salsa bar - it adds the perfect kick!

While the seating area could use a little tidying up, the casual vibe makes it a great spot for a quick bite. Definitely my new favorite for Mexican food! Can’t wait to return!... 😊
