We had the most delightful dining experience at Costa last night at the Jasper complex at Lockwood Drive.
We were immediately seated at a great table and our server Ashton was awesome.
The vibe was exciting with well dressed happy customers in a modern elegant setting all having a great time.
We started with delicious Kettle Martinis and an awesome Scallops crudo with Focaccia bread service.
Managers Jovian and Alessandro made sure everything was going smoothly for us.
For main course Brenda had the Cherry Point Swordfish and I had Gary's Eggplant Parmisan both were mouth watering delicious.
For dessert we finished with heavenly Lemon Tiramisu.
We highly recommend Costa for over the top 5 star ambiance service and gourmet food.

Beautifully designed giving you a relaxing environment with subtle elements of luxury dining.
We ordered drinks at the bar and since our table was ready we were seated by a large window and our drinks were delivered to the table.
We ordered 2 appetizers: burrata and beef carpaccio.
Both were excellent.
Entrees were served family style which allowed us to easily share our selections.
We ordered a 2021 Turley Zinfandel delivered and presented by the sommelier.
Dessert was presented with a candle for my birthday celebration.
While the menu is on the smaller side it is well balanced for a variety of palates.
Now for the service: Exemplary in every way! The staff operates like a well oiled machine and it’s been awhile since we’ve encountered such outstanding service; hosts, bartenders, wait staff, runners, sommeliers, and managers added detail to service generally seen in Michelin restaurants.

Great experience.
The service was excellent at the bar.
The server at the table seemed super busy but pleasant.
Supper was good and we can't wait to try more.Loved the Caviar and crudo!! Steak was a little tough.
Beautiful open kitchen and that bar is amazing.
Can't wait to return!!
