Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Gilbert is a delightful find! 🍷 I visited for dinner and was instantly charmed by the cozy yet trendy atmosphere. I started with their ceviche, which was refreshingly zesty, and followed it up with the herb-crusted salmon - cooked to perfection!

The real showstopper, though, was the dessert: their signature Chocolate Cake. Rich and decadent, it’s a must-try!

The outdoor seating adds to the experience, especially on a warm evening. Plus, the staff were attentive and made sure my glass was never empty. Highly recommend for a lovely evening out! 😊
