I recently visited athe cookout on peach orchard road ( Hwy 25) and was overcharged.
I ordered two milkshakes and one order of cheddar bites.
When I arrived to my location across town, I noticed I had also been charged for a water.
Please be mindful and review your receipt before leaving the premises because all of the calls go straight to their corporate office that you cannot get a live person on the phone.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla tray and its nothing but cheese inside, ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap only to get a ranch wrap then my last side was cajun fries that i didnt even receive.
God forbid you pull back around for them to correct your order...
all of a sudden they cant fix drive thru orders, this place has the worst staff ive ever seen

I don’t know who that little girl was working on June 6 at 2am but she had the nastiest attitude for absolutely no reason.
Don’t cut people off when they’re talking and someone else was taking our order till you got on acting like that.
I don’t know why I keep trying to give this cookout a chance, everyone is so rude and the food is hit or miss.
