The food is freshly cooked.
If you looking for homemade southern food here is the best place I have ever been in the 30 years I’ve lived in Milwaukee they always have special events, these shows as well, and the prices are reasonable.

Way better than I expected.
Normally, I get food from other places in the Eleven 25 food court here.
But I was feeling something else today so gave the pulled pork sandwich a try. I'll say it was one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've had.
The pork was soft and you could taste the flavor along with some nice textures to it.
The sauce was just the right amount.
I don't like it when it's too much and looks like a sloppy joe.
This one was more meat to sauce ratio.
The sandwich was big.
I thought it was going to be small but you can see in the picture it filled up the whole tray. The fries were okay.
They did season it but could've used more. I will definitely recommend giving the sandwich a try and will be back for it.
I've also had their chicken and it's pretty good.

Absolutely a hidden gem.
This little restaurant has the most friendly and welcoming staff and some of the best food I've had in a long time. I certainly recommend the pork chops, Mac and Chees, with candied yams , and benignet for dessert.
