City Bowl Express is a delightful gem in Oxnard! 🍜 The flavors in their Kung Pao chicken are vibrant and perfectly spiced, making it a must-try. The sesame noodles have a delightful crunch, and the portion sizes are generous for the price.

The cozy atmosphere is perfect for a casual dinner or a quick lunch. I did notice it can get busy during lunch hours, but the staff is friendly and efficient. Can't wait to return for more delicious bites! 😋
