City Barbeque is a delightful find in Portage! The relaxed atmosphere made it perfect for a casual lunch with friends. 🌟 I indulged in the pulled pork sandwich, which was smoky and moist, paired with their creamy mac and cheese - definitely a comfort food win!

The staff were fast and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. I also appreciated the wheelchair-accessible features and that they allow dogs on the patio.

Next time, I’m excited to try their ribs and a slice of that pecan pie! 🥧 Whether you're dining solo or with a group, this spot does not disappoint.

Great food great service great value. My family has been here multiple times, and we have gotten the mother load.
It comes with a little bit of everything and it’s more than enough to feed my family of five.
We usually go home with leftovers.
my personal favorites are the ribs and the sausage.
The brisket is also amazing.
The pulled pork is great and the chicken is delicious. I’ve loved all of the sides as well.
The cornbread and baked beans are especially good. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys smoked meats and barbecue. 5-27-24

My fav BBQ type is brisket, and theirs is very good.
I prefer plain brisket and cornbread, so I ordered the brisket sandwich without the bread and added the cornbread.
My husband got the pulled pork sandwich and cornbread, which was also good.
When I picked up the cornbread, I was amazed by the weight! It's very heavy (good) and still moist and not as sweet (also good) as many are.
Very nice BBQ for a chain.
And the staff were very friendly.

I ordered carry out.
Was on the road and took a bite of the brisket sandwich and nothing but fat.
Don't get me wrong I actually prefer moist brisket this was not it, pure nasty fat had to spit it out and took another bite of the other slice and couldn't even bite down it was so thick and tough.
The wings were very good.
As was the pulled pork which was nice and moist I might add! Corn casserole had a strange taste chose not to eat that and lastly the fries ice cold even when arriving at 11:30 and they just opened at 11 but they did have a great taste had they been hot .
Ordered 2 types of sauces to give a try and got 2 of the same.The customer service rep when I called was very nice and assured me this is not how they do business.
