The proprietors, Jesse and Sterling, exhibit exceptional customer service and work ethic.
Kat's dedication and positive demeanor were particularly noteworthy.
The food was of high quality and freshness, and the establishment was well-maintained, including the restrooms.
The game room provided entertainment for children after their meal.
I am delighted to see Cicis continuing to thrive, and much credit is due to the staff and owners for their efforts.

Owner is doing great at redoing the place, purchasing new games etc.
my daughter and I had a great time.
One of the machines ate our tokens and the owner came out and got her a new one.
Staff was really nice and doing a great job.
We went for lunch...there were other families and kids there but it wasn't over crowded.
My daughter was especially happy about the new Oreo brownie pizza! It was great! Thanks guys!

Cici's is always amazing! The only gripe that I have is we don't have one closer to us where we live! That being said, the staff is always friendly, hospitable and kind! That comes from the management itself.
The manager sets the tone for the restaurant and you can tell he does an awesome job!! The food is delicious, fresh and tasty! We enjoy going here on weekends! Their specialty pizzas are amazing and I especially enjoy the dessert pizzas! My lady enjoys the food as well! If you could please expand your presence north and open more restaurants, we would definitely appreciate it.
The drive IS worth it though. Manager is awesome!
