Cibo Thai is a cozy spot in Montrose where I enjoyed a nice lunch recently. The pad see ew hit the spot, generous portions without being overwhelming. I appreciated their attention to spice levels - just how I like it! Angela, the owner, was welcoming and paid attention to her regulars, making the atmosphere feel right at home.

One drawback was parking; the lot was reserved for another business. Still, the quality of the food and friendly service make it worth the visit... 🍜
