Ciao Burger used to be my go-to for a satisfying meal, but it's lost its spark. My recent visit left me disappointed; the burger was bland, the bun was stale, and the fries were soggy. The casual atmosphere is still great, perfect for a quick bite, but the service felt disjointed. Staff seemed unsure about the menu, which added to the confusion. It’s a shame to see a beloved spot decline. Hoping they can turn things around soon... 🍔
