We have been there 3 times in the past week.The service and the food is that good.I'd much rather support this chain over chipotle.I don't mean to slander anyone but the quality is unmatched.Food is fresh downright delicious.They have a new set of Salsas as well, I highly recommend the Diablo! Regarding some other reviewers unfortunate and negative experiences, they serve the food and make it right in front of you, so I'm unsure how missing toppings is an issue.I'm sure these are Chipotle employees trying to bash another business? This experience was not reflected in either visit with me.I also don't listen to reviews with only a few reviews on their profile.😬 The founders are born Southern Californians.Support real LOCALS JOSE and the cook are fantastic! Thank you guys for running this place so great. I'll be back.

We've ordered Chronic Tacos a number of times.We generally think the food is good but quality control is a bit of an issue.Numerous times the order has been incorrect and/or packaged in kind of a haphazard manner delivering us a mess before we even get to taste it. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed when they dropped their Impossible Meat option.I still wanted to try them though.As we don't live close we relay on delivery services.Unfortunately their menu on the delivery service doesn't display the correct options for some of their items and a couple of times we've been brought food without all the listed ingredients.(aka a burrito that lists beans as one of it's primary ingredients coming without beans.) I got in touch with the store owner or manager about this and he suggested that I contact the corporate office directly to see if they can fix the menu.So we now live in a world where a business owner wants his customers to fix problems for them.As I'm not an employee of the restaurant I'm going to pass on this opportunity to do this work for them. Bummer as I really like their product when it's correct and not a mess.

Always very friendly service when Hana is behind the counter! She does a great job making my quesadilla nice and crispy.We will be back!
