CHJ Bistro offers a delightful taste of Taiwan right in Richmond! The beef noodle soup is a must-try; it’s rich and filled with tender meat that reminds me of home. I also enjoyed the stinky tofu - just the right amount of flavor, although I wished for a hint more pungency!

The outdoor seating was perfect on a sunny afternoon, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. Service was friendly, making the wait less noticeable. Don’t skip the refreshing aiyu dessert… it’s the cherry on top of a great experience! 🍜
