The Decatur Illinois Chipotle could not be more disappointing.
I was so excited to get a Chipotle to Decatur.
However, upon its arrival I have been very disappointed.
The place is run horribly.
The workers dont care and are poorly trained and managed.
I recently (and for the last time) visited our Decatur Chipotle.
I ordered on the app.
When I arrived to pick up in the drive through I waited 25 minutes to get a burrito and chips.
Then when I received my food and took it back to my office I unwrapped my burrito only to discover they had decided to give me a burrito that was about a third of the size of what it was supposed to be.

The food maker and but especially the cashier was extremely nice.
Fast and easy visit.
Wanted to thank the cashier personally but we had people behind us.
Can you please thank Stephen for his kindness with helping us, his polite, and friendliness.
He made our day.

Food never disappoints and you order to your liking.
I always get a chicken bowl queso on the side with half scoop of rice and they are happy to accommodate.
High quality ingredients contributes to taste satisfaction.
It is cafeteria style restaurant atmosphere.
