As somebody who was a manager at chipotle for 4 years, I would say steer clear of this one.
Service, cut sizes, were horrific.
Way over prepped hot food that looked like it was out all day and the salsas were noticeably short on onion, jalepenio and cilantro, assuming they want their labor to look good, but all of this will hurt sales in the long run.
Furthest from restaurantour I have ever seen.

It’s likely we caught them on a bad night, but we’re not in a hurry to try again.
The entire crew made it clear they had other places and activities on their mind and didn’t want to be there.
The restaurant was filthy and the trash overflowing.
The restrooms were likewise filthy.
The food was fine but not what you’d expect of a Chipotle. Overall, this was a disappointing visit made worse that we’ve not had it in a few years and were really looking forward to it.
While this hasn’t soured us on this restaurant as a whole, I don’t think we’ll be back here again. We hope this was just a bad day and that it’s normally excellent.
The reviews lead me to believe this place has a habit, though, of being just okay.

This place was horrible!!! Service, horrible.
There were at least 5 employees, and the lines were long, and the tables were dirty, we had to clean our own table when one of the workers was on his phone showing pics to another employee!!!!! Giggling and laughing the whole time, never once asked if they could clean a table or if we needed anything.
There were no silverware, napkins!! It's just ridiculous! Surely the manager is 16!!! Because an adult would not have allowed that place to look and run like that.
I will never visit that Chipolet again.
It's the one at the Legend in KCK, the worst I've ever been to!!!
