I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill at Legends Outlets in Kansas City, and it was a mixed bag! 🌯 The food was decent; I enjoyed the chicken burrito with extra guac and fresh salsa, but the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed - even with several employees present, the lines were long, and tables were in dire need of cleaning.
Despite the chaos, I appreciated the wheelchair accessibility and outdoor seating options. I hope they can elevate their service because the food deserves it! Will I return? Maybe... 🤔
