I recently visited the Panera Bread at Legends Outlets Kansas City, and it was a pretty good experience.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
The cozy atmosphere was perfect after a long day of shopping.
They have a few self-order machines, so there was a bit of a wait, but nothing too bad.
The menu is a bit limited—they don't have pizza or pepperoni mozzarella sandwiches—but everything they do have is made with really good ingredients.
I customized my sandwich, and they were generous with the toppings, which was awesome.
Overall, despite the limited options, the quality and service made it a solid 4-star visit for me.

Dirty tables, blocked sections, no sodas, broken bubbler, no ice and no access to even the charged lemonades. There's always some issue at this location and that was the issues abound this time at 5 pm several hours before close.
Often they don't have cashier's even on the busiest days.
They never have almond milk for coffee out so you have to stand there and wait 10-15 minutes until you can stop someone to ask for it and they act so inconvenienced.
The management would rather chat with staff than help guests.
This got better for some time a year ago but is spiraling down again.

The always reliable PB experience: good food, great people & service, wrapped within a great facility! In this case, with the added bonus of being in Kansas City, KS/MO, in the LEGENDS Outlet Mall, not far from the baseball stadium, a soccer stadium facility and a NASCAR racing track and stadium.
