My wife's 1st visit to a Chipotle and my 1st visit in about 10 years.
Love, love, love this restaurant.
The commercials are spot on, food is fresh the barbacoa burrito is the best!!

Alex, the assistant manager seemed to not care about the lobby or dinning room conditions. Dinning room tables filled with food, napkins and cups. When asked for someone to clean the tables, Alex hands me a dry towel expecting me to clean a dirty table to sit down. When asked for the General Managers information, he refused and began to get aggressive. The store conditions behind the counter and in the dinning room were subpar. The managers and employees were standing around and seemed to care less about the store’s conditions. Hair nets and hats were not being used.

Please have your staff be more friendly to customers.
They looked and sound irritated when they had to stop their loud unprofessional chit chatting with their co-workers to take orders! And it wasn’t even busy, there were no customers in line!
