Wife and I went to lunch yesterday around 1:20ish, we were excited because we don’t often eat out.We have never tried chipotle before, Hurd nothing but good things.But unfortunately, I didn’t eat it all so I took it to go, I sat down to eat it today, and found a fingernail, like a long acrylic nail in the rice.I can positively say, we want be trusting this company any time soon, nor will our family and friends.And it’s sad because, it seemed to be a great spot.Hope the health department does a better job of protecting the community! Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture of the Fingernail, before my wife tossed it in the trash. *Edited to say, we called the location, just to be hung up on twice, and once a girl said to call corporate or come in and talk to her personally that she don’t want to be bothered, that there wasn’t nothing she could do, since we didn’t find it while in the store!

I'm literally still in the parking lot writting this review, and if I could give this restaurant no stars I would.There was absolutely no one dining in the restaurant and no one in the line but most of the food on the line was next to empty and the food station was filthy.I asked who the shift lead / manager was thinking that maybe the crew members were exhibiting bad behavior while he or she was away, but to my surprise she was walking around while one of the line workers was standing in the corner on on the the line on his phone as if he had nothing better to do.It appears that you have to ask for double meat to get at least 3 oz of protein.I will never dine at this filthy restaurant again...thanks for ruining a once decent dining experience!

This place is a sad reflection on where service, atmosphere, and pride in what you do goes to die.The dining area was filthy with tables covered in dried food, and crumbs.The ice wasn’t working.So a round of room temperature drinks for my family.Ordered a salad, and no utensils.When I asked I was told, “don’t have no control of that.” So I’m supposed to eat it with my hands? People vaping in the line and dining area.It was just gross.I would never go back here again.I hope the health department checks in on them soon.Trash cans overflowing and food all over the prep counter.Asked to speak to a manager and were told, “Reggie will come up when he’s done.“ I’m not sure what Reggie was busy doing? But he never did come up.As we left that restaurant, it just dawned on me, if I wanted to take my family to eat at a truckstop for dinner I just would’ve stayed on the interstate.They would be cleaner than this chipotle dining room.
