Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food and service were good.
I only found one small table that was clean, with the tables mostly empty.
The menu made it look like I had to get multiple tacos for around $10 when I only wanted a snack of one and I almost didn't go in cuz of that.
(Yes, you can get just one.) The menu also said that they have beer when they don't even have a liquor license.
I'll give them another chance based on food and service but they need to clean up their act.

I like the Tennessee location better.
They make the food just right there.
This location act like they saving it to take home for themselves.
But I love Chipotle.

This place is an okay establishment.
I believe that the managers need to train their new employees better.
If you are going to have someone completing customers' orders, it would be a good idea to pair them with an employee who is able to train them.
They put the wrong meat on my bowl, and they forgot to put my guacamole in the bag.
When my wife went to get a refund, she was essentially accused of theft.
"How do I know you didn't get it since you came so late to ask for a refund?" asked the manager.
Well, Mr.
Manager, not everyone lives close by, and sometimes you are hungry and just want to eat your food and not drive 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back while your food gets cold.
And if I wanted to microwave my food, I would have just used a TV dinner.
I don't need to lie about a $2.60 item on your menu.
Do better.
I have been in your shoes before, so I know you received training on how to deal with customer complaints.
P.S.
For goodness' sake, check the rice before you serve it to customers.
I am paying for cooked rice, not uncooked rice.
That's what Publix is for.
If the rice wasn't cooked correctly, that's a training problem, and it would be best to just take the loss on the food waste.
