Will not be visiting here again.My daughter and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat after touring LSU.The service on the good line was great staff was friendly and food was fresh.Everything after that was horrible experience.First there were no clean tables.I seen a staff member and asked if we could get a table cleaned.She said I had to take out the trash before I cleaned the tables.Ok.She then grabs a towel spot off the table we wanted to sit and and then walks away.I said ma’am can I see the towel and she asked “why”.I told her the table wasn’t clean and there was food mashed on the table.She says oh that’s not going to come off.I rubbed my finger over it and she just looks at me and says “I can let you touch the towel.” I tell her that the attitude is not necessary and we’re just trying to get a clean place to eat.I go talk to the manager and she’s looking at me as if she didn’t know what to say. I will not be back.I don’t spend my money where I’m going to be treated with such disrespect over asking for a clean place to sit.I get that their main patrons are college student who may not care about eating on top of someone else’s crumbs but there are people who prefer to have a clean place to eat as well.

I normally go to chipotle very often and love their food but today the service was very slow and after receiving my meal & eating some of it, I found a bug in my food.

HORRIBLE…Whomever the general manager at this establishment most definitely needs to be more thorough with their actual hiring process.The service is deplorable, you don’t argue back and forth with customers when you have made a mistake and don’t want to own up the actual mistake, make the correction and continue on with your job duties adequately.I also encountered a supposedly hearing impaired manager which I firmly believe the young lady was being rude to keep from addressing the issue at hand.If you cannot properly and adequately communicate with customers you should not be in a management position whatsoever.I am also guessing name tags are no longer deemed necessary in these type of establishments since it appeared that no one had one.This place most definitely needs a thorough inspection performed.
