I’m not usually one to leave poor reviews, but I’ve had enough from this restaurant.Our team orders lunch from here rather frequently, and I’m not sure why.There’s always something missing, or wrong, or all of the above.Today we ordered a late lunch and my food arrived without the main base ingredient (absolutely no veggies when I asked for extra), so all I had was an ICE COLD plop of steak and pico.For $19, mind you! Any complaint we’ve made has been met with nothing— no call, NOTHING to make it right.What a joke!
Sadly I will not be returning to this location.They were out of receipt paper and as a result I cannot enter my points into the app.They were low on barbacoa which means I got less than the average small scoop they give.No coke a cola and the restaurant was very dirty.I contacted the chat support using the app only for the representative to end the chat without resolving my issue.I will not return to this location and will be contacting the GM and 1800- chipotle number to voice my concerns.Sadly the staff needs more training on how to resolve customer issues.
This is the worst location.No matter what, any time I order from here the is ALWAYS something wrong, missing, cold, or they are out of something.Can’t even remember something as simple as putting utensils and napkins in the bag.I don’t get it
