Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a classic fast-casual experience, but this particular location left me feeling a little disappointed.

Despite the flavors of the burrito bowl being on point - delicious cilantro-lime rice and seasoned chicken - the ambiance was lacking. Several tables looked dirty, and the floors were in dire need of a clean-up.

The employees were friendly, but there seemed to be a lack of management presence, which may have contributed to the disarray. I had a hassle with my order that put a damper on my day.

I hope they can step it up in the future! 🌯✨
