We placed an online order and they forgot to put in our quesadilla.We went back to the store and they saw the quesadilla sitting on the counter so they started cutting it even though it had been sitting out for a while.The guy then said he would remake it and when we opened the new box there was a long hair cooked into the food.🤮

Very rarely do they get mobile orders correct. Definitely check all items before leaving. Ordered tacos, burrito, and chips/guacamole. Once home and opened sealed bag, looks more like a mini-burrito(wrapped below guac). Portion size was much different from when ordering on premises.

Consistently the worst Chipotle I go to.Mobile orders are almost never ready on time, are frequently missing items, and the food quality is terrible.The rice at this location is usually undercooked.On top of this, the staff at this location is consistently rude and the service is horrific.The final straw was today, when I placed my mobile order around 12:00, for a 12:30 pick up time.I arrived at 12:30, waited inside until 12:45 and my order still wasn’t ready.The teenage girl working the register was extremely rude, and kept telling those waiting that there was only one employee preparing the mobile orders.At that point I decided to leave, as I couldn’t stand and wait indefinitely.At this point, with all of the bad experiences I’ve had at this location, I don’t think I’ll return.
