I wanted to make sure this wasn't a fluke.
So I have now had three different things off the menu and have not been disappointed yet.
This is the 1st place in TN (after leaving Tampa) who's Chinese lo mein doesn't have this weird taste to the sauce, even the egg rolls are still regular size.
This in now my go to Chinese joint..

Been eating at Chine Spring for YEARS.
Best ever! And don't leave them bad reviews over some dang extra sauce and boxes.
They're food is AMAZING.
Give them credit for it.

If you leave here hungry it is your own fault.
I wish I would have thought to have taken pictures to share.
They absolutely stuff their takeout boxes.
